Platform Rules & Member Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jl777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jl777 platform operated at jl777.vin and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on jl777.vin and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• "Platform" refers to the jl777 website at jl777.vin, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, live dealer products, promotional content, and account management tools accessible thereon.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered member account created upon successful completion of the jl777 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR-denominated funds held within a Member's jl777 Account, comprising both real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit values credited to a Member's Account under a jl777 promotion.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by jl777 before processing withdrawals or accessing certain account features.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a Member must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jl777 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager or bet on jl777.vin, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl777 Platform and must not register an Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

Use of the jl777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. jl777 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of jl777 or any of its affiliated entities, unless expressly authorised in writing by jl777 management.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. jl777 accepts no liability arising from a Member's provision of false or misleading registration details.

jl777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

4. Account Management

Each Member is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) Account on the jl777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jl777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify jl777 support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. jl777 reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

jl777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jl777 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's standard network fees may apply independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before the relevant funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• jl777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing time.
• In cases of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms, jl777 may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

jl777 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Mobile wallet payouts via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are generally processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and network availability.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jl777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all jl777 bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members only, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Each Member may claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly permit repeat participation.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are applied to wagers only after real-money balance has been exhausted, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. The applicable multiplier and eligible game contributions will be specified in each promotion's terms. As a general rule, live sports betting contributions may differ from casino game contributions.
• jl777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited and in active use by a Member shall remain subject to the original promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, or collusion with other Members — will result in immediate cancellation of all associated bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on the jl777 sportsbook and all wagers placed on jl777 casino games are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. General rules applicable across all jl777 betting and gaming products include:

• Finality of Settled Bets: Once a bet or wager has been settled by jl777, the outcome is final except in cases of demonstrable system error or mis-settlement, which will be corrected at jl777's discretion.
• Odds and Pricing: jl777 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds may be voided or re-priced at jl777's discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, bet, or promotion.

9. Responsible Gaming

jl777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani Members. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jl777 Members directly from the account dashboard after jl777 login:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jl777's prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl777 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jl777 Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• System downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to Platform availability.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement resulting from system malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Your reliance on any information, content, or data displayed on the Platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jl777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Members via a notice displayed on the jl777 Platform or, where appropriate, via the contact details registered to a Member's Account.

Continued use of the jl777 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jl777 support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jl777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jl777's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.

To raise a formal complaint, Members should contact jl777 support via live chat within the Platform and request escalation to the Disputes Team. jl777 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolving them within 14 business days where possible.
